To align with this dual-audience approach, we completely redesigned IDC’s website, delivering a streamlined user experience that boosted lead generation by 20x. We also launched IDC’s social media presence, reaching over 20,000 people in six months and introducing content like “Expert Interviews” to engage audiences on LinkedIn and their blog.
